Quick Start

pip install -r requirements.txt
uvicorn api.server:app --host 0.0.0.0 --port 8080

Open http://localhost:8080 on your phone or desktop.

Features

Ghost Vision Mask — Upload documents/images; detected PII is ghosted; originals stay in local_vault/
Prompt Firewall — Injection scoring with local heuristics; blocks jailbreak/exfil patterns
Sovereign Audit Trail — Every request writes a reasoning_manifest.json with data_residency: LOCAL_ONLY
Policy RAG — Lexical search over Australian AI policy corpus (built via tools/build_policy_corpus.py)
